Most would be a strong word, I think. After my 4 years of talking about this subject in the AF, more of the younger guys than not only joined for the school money, and many of the ones who stay in after the 4 years only do so because they are too afraid to get out and compete in the job market. Then they get pissy when they actually have to fight or do shitty, thankless work because they "just joined for the school money".

<br>If you're looking for school money alone, and you don't have a desire to serve, don't torture yourself. If you'd like the opportunity to get both money for school and the pride and satisfaction of having served your country (or even make a career of it), then go for it.
