I recently installed Win2000 Pro on my old computer and now my DVD-R drive doesnt burn as fast and my other DVD drive, which is slaved to the DVD-R drive, doesn't rip as fast. Everything about the computer is the same except i put in a new stick of PC2100 RAM and changed the operating system from XP to 2000 Pro. Using DVD X Copy it takes like 40 mins to copy the files from the original disc and then about 30 mins to burn it. That's up from about 15-20 min to copy and 10-15 mins to burn when i had XP installed.

<br>I have updated 2000 Pro, checked for new firmware for my Sony DRU-510A, and uninstalled/reinstalled DVD X Copy. I don't know what else to do. WTF?
