Actually the report doesnt state that ALL vets have a "high likelihood" of becoming domestic terrorists. It says:
"In an intelligence assessment published April 7, Homeland Security singles out veterans who might be “disgruntled, disillusioned or suffering from the psychological effects of war”
So if you have PTSD or mental issues from being at war, your chance of becoming a domestic terrorist are higher. Is this new news? Remember Timothy McVeigh blowing up a federal bulding by chance?
