You can basically have a youtube of your kid with some song playing in the background that is copyrighted, enable the entertainment industry to shut down all of Youtube if they don't believe Youtube acted quickly enough to rectify such an atrocity, as Youtube would now be responsible for babysitting its users rather than the law being enforced by authorities.

This isn't bound to anything, so forums that have links (remember the UOE dead link thing?) from one website/forum/whatever that lead to a site that has copyrighted 'anything' on it 'anywhere' on that domain get the original source (this forum for example) banned from the internet China style.

Of all the "but his ____ policies are whack-job crazy". At this point, with the alternatives and candidates since Reagen I just kind of thought we accepted whack-job craziness. I thought we elected Obama just cos we wanted to see what would happen with a black man in the seat. Let's let the "I want to save the world" guy give it a shot.

I would label Paul as the, "Lets leave the world alone and focus on ourselves more" guy. imo
