they took out open pvp? Wow... that's really fucking depressing and I'm not nearly as excited for this game anymore. May not buy it out of principle.

yea.. i felt the same way but i know i'll end up buying it. they more or less turned it into a miniwow . Way too much influence from that game if you ask me. I know it will atleast be "fun" to play but im highly suspect of the pvp portion of the game now.

been reading a bunch on the d3 forums lately. lots of cool things i didnt know about. One being runes and how they are no longer for socketing items but socketing the skills themselves which alters the skill. kinda cool. Arena pvp will be item/ladder based, you will be matched up against people with equal level gear and char level. Looks like beta will possibly be announced or some other "major" D3 announcement at the next blizz conference call 9MAY2011

What is this D3 you all speak of.

It is in the end what ever the hell I want it to be. When I am through with it, it will blow a hole this wide into the own world's idea of itself. They are throwing bottles at your house; come on, lets go break their arms.
