oh snap speaking of that..just heard yesterday some awesome news. the repubs are now discussing how to publicize the idea of giving mexico more range in the US as far as shipping goes. they've always had a radius just like we do for canada, and mexico we just don't go that way as much, to drop off a load and go back. so they could come to some of our southern states drop off their load (huh huh) and head back to mexico. what they're trying to make legal is taking away the range, and routing restrictions. that means they could go drop off a load in san fran, pick a load up and drop it off in oregon, pick up a load and drop it off in philly, etc etc until they want/get a trip to go home.
that shit's like insourcing. i think all this shit would be fine if we were allowed to do the same thing, and there were economies where we had the ability to do this to support it but there's no action being taken for that to happen at all.
