with all the inherent problems aoc has to offer i didn't get to play a lot
but i did enough time in to whip up a fraps demo for people who want to see how this game plays out a little bit
the pvp weekend beta NDA was lifted so this is all fine, there are 3 stickies on the official pvp weekend beta forums regarding this so no worries.
anyways, my opinions about the game are minimal at the moment, it's hard to form an opinion about a game when you know there's going to be at least 88 levels and as a model for people to make opinions on balance, functionality, etc. is a blanket lvl 20 min/max. also the client is unstable as all hell. the game's out in a month if they hit their targ date, and i'm not very optimistic about it at this point. however with the FFA pvp server (yes it's old news and could be scrapped) it is a wealth of new people to the market to show what getting greeft is like..so i'll definitely pick it up, but not sure if i'll pay for a second month yet.

it's a business model with a different gimmick. but it was still fun killing people. if they follow through with the ffa server and don't put in safe zones cept for towns things could be interesting.

vanguard would have been ok if it wasnt a broken game, same thoughts about age of conan...so far the client was far from stable for me

watched 30 sec of it and the game looks like ass. Took them this long to release this and the graphics look worse then wow and vanguard.

Fuck, I've been hoping for something better considering how the Devs have been flaming Darkfall. But this game looks like fucking WAR which looks like WoW.

Watching that trash reassures me theres no future in mmorpg's. Dagger wave attack!
