lol ..... so this is why they haven't updated the SC2 site yet this week what fuckers...
I do like two of the MDY's arguments..
1) it allows handicaped players to play WoW
and
2) why should MDY be responsible for individuals who play WoW and agreed to the EULA
this is pretty funny.. I'm on MDY's side on this one love the underdogs <img src="/~stretch/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

teh glider guy has a ton of money and i personally think they wont win against him. The fact that he made a bot is legal, and he can prove it works without the game and people who use it with the game do so on their own will not his.
Its like all the illegal info on the net, you cant sue or get mad at hte maker, its the person who reads/does its fault and not the owners. So if this DOES win, alot of illegal stuff on the internet could get into problems even with release of liabilities, and disclaimers and all that because the precedents from this will be huge in all virtual aspects.
Im all for, blizzard has warden... fucking make better anti cheat/anti bot and inthe case you cant, suck it up they are still paying monthly fees to you and its still a win win. People who wont play due to grind will still play with a bot.
