Im restoring the first computer I ever bought (p3 667 with 768 ram and a 2 gig hd atm)
and its going to get windows 98. The reason is, I have a game star wars pod racer which I had a racing steering wheel for. The problem is the company went gay and only ever supported drivers for win98 and no later so im stuck with a win98 os.
What games off hand do you guys know of that would be around that time era that would be fun to play? I will probally upgrade the hd but I still want to play games that will only run on that setup.
I have so far:
-Star wars pod racer
-Original command and conquer
-C&c2
-Dungeon keeper
Any other suggestions?

hmm.. I'm not sure if it's win98 supported.. but the Baldur's Gate series..
oh and Age of Wonders (it's kinda like heroes of might at magic, but way better combat)
Commandos maybe (is that win98?).. lol it was too long ago

remember heroes of might and magic 6?? I used to love that game when I was a kid... so much fun and such a large world to explore!!! My how things have changed over a relatively short period of time... like atari/original nintendo fast forward to Xbox360/PS3 and the crazy CPU games... what will they do in the next 15 - 20 years.. you will be able to die IRL playing GTA42 lol!

heh i still have all my old games, just can't play em. is that red alert the same as c&c2?
-Myth series, probably one of the best unheard of games... made by Bungie
-Baldur's Gate series
-Fallout series
-Diablo 1 if it doesn't run for later drivers
-Planescape Torment, runs for later drivers i believe though
-Vampire Redemption was ok, might run for later drivers
