i know torak was kinda rippin on the movie a bit ago for some reason (probably related to stretch) but i wanted to know if anybody saw it, recommend it, ect? it looks like it could be pretty fun to watch
on the other hand, another boring war movie that they've overkilled for the last 10 years+.
on a side note, vantage point was pretty fun to watch. nonstop action and only the fact that half the movie was the same thing over and over from different points of view (which, honestly you should expect because thats the movie) but it was pretty decent.
and i rented 30 days of night (which i think obi recommended) and it was insane. amazing vamp movie, superbadass, and the only thing i could think of while watching it was Cannibal Corpses' "Hatchet to the Head"

and then the power went out in the theatre. i think im gonna wait for rental/download on it. Didnt really do much for me... kinda like another apocalypto but not as good.

wtf are you talking about? I didn't rip on this movie, I'm very much looking forward to it actually. You must have got me mixed up with Stretch saying it isn't "historically accurate" so it will suck.

I was thinking of seeing it as well, may wait for dvd as well. 30 DAYS OF NIGHT KICKS ASS! one of the best vamp movies to date, a must see movie if you have yet to see it.

I said that as a joke, lol. Not sure if you remember, but when 300 came out, Stretch was saying it sucked because it wasn't "historically accurate". So ever since that brilliant statement about a movie not being historically accurate(imagine that, hollywood), I use it now facetiously. Zing! hehe

yes thats what it was! something about how they spoke english really well back in 10k bc?! ha. ok so we all got jokes here. i guess ill see it tomorrow since well, aint jack shit else out atm.

action was sick, the love story was kinda lame but a very small part of the movie.
