I think I have pinpointed what caused this, and it was installing an updated video driver, but i was wondering if anyone has ever experienced it. Whenever I play certain videos like from Itunes or streamed from abc.com it comes up as a black screen and when i tilt my screen i can somewhat make out the video... Youtube videos are not effected so it has to do with decoding the videos...

usually whenever i had the same problem it was the the video cards brightness/contrast settings, after I updated the drivers like you did the brightness/contrast settings were either way off to the right or too far to the left.

I rolled back the driver and it started working again, but now SB wont work <img src="/~stretch/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />
