I figured I would throw another on out there. I woudl put this one in the "easy" catagory. A guy lives on the 17th floor of his building. When it is sunny out, he takes the elevator up to the 12th floor and walks the rest of the way. When it is raining, he takes the elevator right to the 17th floor. Why does he do this? Of course, as per my tradition, I will answer yes/no questions.

A fellow encountered a bear in a wasteland. There was nobody else there. Both were frightened and ran away. Fellow to the north, bear to the west. Suddenly the fellow stopped, aimed his gun to the south and shot the bear. What colour was the bear? Explain how you came to the conclusion too

huh? There are no polar bears at the South Pole. Polar Bears live at the North Pole, and penguins live at the South Pole.
