By the way...where were all the the right wingers "don't forget 9/11" posts yesterday. I was standing outside of my house last night looking up at the towers of light where the twin towers once stood and realized there were a lot less patriotic juices flowing this year compared to last.
I guess I can just chalk it up to last year being an election year?

I showed my patriotism yesterday by walking down to the WTC with my daughter who was 1 year old when the towers went down to pay my respects to my three buddies that died that day.

I was just responding to you asking why we didn't make any posts, and honestly why bother when a lot of the left think in some sick twisted way we deserved what we got. What I did was reflect on the incident on several occasions, there isn't much else I could do sir.
As far as why there is much fewer posts? Well for 1 trying to have a conversation with some of the people on this forum, usually hard core left ppl, is like talking to a wall, there is no point, no one is going to change their mind, and everyone is right. On top of that, I'm sure others, like myself, on both sides, just got sick of talking in circles and spending energy on typing points of view when it was a waste of time to begin with. The only justification were the numbers 296-133 the house voted for the war, 77-23 the senate voted for the war. When our elected officials overwhelmingly vote for a war, isnt that enough? It should be.

dude, face it. everyone has nukes. and we are in korea. ever heard of osan or kunsan? they are air force bases in south korea.
and as far as the guidelines... they did apply when we went into iraq. now that we're there, and we have a clear exit strategy... i.e set up a stable govt to govern the country once we leave, it's all up to the clock. because only time will fix that piece of shit country. we have to train them, if we dont, we're looking at a comeback tour to fix it all over again. which means, more american deaths.
and i guarantee the next country that goes into another country and tries to take it over (ala iraq and kuwait) we'll be there to fix it, seeing as how we're the police of the world.
