Besides pretending to act diplomatic towards countrys, I would have to state Rice sucks at her job.
She during her Euro break stated she wanted to mend fences, that was done partly, the part being in front of cameras and getting small donations and commitments of troops.
BUT GO BITCH GO , she has threatened Iran, North Korea and hell even going to go back to the UN and yell and scream that if you don't bak us with these countrys then your a bad dude too !!!!

With your own countries politics, as stated a few months ago, you are about to accept Muslim law to trump Canadien law, I think you should be concentrating on defeating that before you even start to think about the US's problems.

I think it is too early, I personally think the new tone presented by the US administration is much better in the 2nd term and I think she has done a good job on her first trip. Also, Rummy did a good job in France. I think they've learned the "go-it-alone" method is a recipe for failure and are correcting that ideology.
I'm also glad Canada has jumped onboard to help train Iraqi troops and police, as well as provide economic, financial and other support to the US efforts.
I also agree whole heartedly with Toraks comment regarding the islamic courts trying to get setup in Ontario. Add to that the never ending Quebec issue and there are plenty of issues "at home" to focus on with such ferver.
