First, it is possible for people to not have sex til they are adults which means 21+
Second, if he got her pregnant he needs to be a man and deal with it. He needs to have an adult conversation with this girl and decide wether they want to keep it or not, she is 21 and of a pretty decent age to partent a child, he is still to young but you never know what could happen. If they both decide they dont want it, then at least give the kid a fighting chance at life and adopt it to a family who is dieing to get a child, theres more families out there looking for kids who cant have them, then people who are willing to give em up. And the adoption agency will pay for the whole pregnancy.
Third, she's not pregnant, but i hope this serves as a good lesson to him not to engage in grown up activities if he's not willing to deal with grown up consequences.
