What do you guys think of em? I have an IT course that uses Macs (I use a PC) and we are to either get a zip disk (I have no zip drive on home pc) or to get a flash drive. Im thinking of going with the Flash Drive, but havent really heard anything about them. Any opinions?

If both Mac and the PC are plug and play compatible, they kick ass.
We are currently researching them as a BOOTABLE disk. I like how they work, just depends on how much space you need. Way better then the Zip sloppies.

Nice and small and can hold a ton of shit. + with all the new comps not even having floppies(which blow because they are so small) it is really convenient.

I just bought a 256 meg one for $50 at costco. Works a lot better than zip drives.

I have both, and use both, flash > zip. Don't get the latest uber pricey one though, best bet is to stay one step behind (cost effective).
